Dr. Grace Milly Kibanja holds a PhD in Social Psychology from Makerere University, Uganda, a Master of Science in Research Psychology from Rhodes University, South Africa, an Honours degree in Social Psychology from Rhodes University, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Makerere University, Uganda.
Grace holds the position of Associate Professor at Makerere University in Uganda. She is a professional who specializes in both social psychology and data analysis. She gained knowledge, practical skills, and experience in conducting various types of surveys such as baselines, evaluations, attitudinal and office alignment, and organizational climate. Additionally, she has experience in conducting assessments for impact and needs, as well as project management including planning, implementation, and monitoring. She also has expertise in personnel training and development and strategic management, which she acquired through training and participation in various program-based activities. She has worked as a researcher and data analyst on both academic and non-academic projects. Her specialized training in proposal writing, research management, and PhD mentorship has proven to be a valuable asset in her work with organizations and vulnerable communities both in Uganda and beyond.
Dr Peter BS Gama is a highly qualified professional with extensive expertise in the field of Crop Science. He holds a PhD in Bio-environment Science, specializing in Plant Biotechnology, from Tottori University. Additionally, he has an MSc in Agrobiology, focusing on Plant Physiology, from a renowned institution in Japan. He is a highly experienced research fellow who has conducted numerous research activities, including projects funded by USAID. From 2012 to 2014, Dr. Peter served as the Senior Consultant Agronomist for the Rebuilding Higher Education in Agriculture (RHEA) project funded by USAID. This project aimed to support agriculture and food security in post-conflict countries and enhance the capacity of the Department of Agricultural Sciences at the College of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies (CNRES), University of Juba, in South Sudan.
He held the position of National Coordinator. The Intra-ACP Academic Mobility Project aims to foster inter-university cooperation in training young crop scientists to enhance agriculture in Africa. As the Head of the Department for Agricultural Sciences, he had the opportunity to represent South Sudan at the RUFORUM Leader Research Taskforce (NUFFIC Project, University of Juba/Egerton University). Throughout his career, he has successfully completed and contributed to a significant number of Peer Review Papers and Publications, Abstracts, and Presentations.
Dr. Dricile Ratib holds a PhD in Public Health with a specialisation in nutrition from the University of Central Nicaragua in 2015–2019, a Masters of Emerging and Neglected Infectious Diseases from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2010–2013, a Bachelors of Medicine and Surgery (MB ChB) from Mbarara University of Science and Technology in 1998–2004, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management (Development Studies) in 2005–2006.
Dr. Dricile Ratib has a certificate in Management in health from the World Bank Institute in Washington, DC (2013), a certificate in standard first aid from Uganda Red Cross (1994), a certificate in research uptake from the Malaria Consortium (2015), a certificate in basic computer skills from the National Health Training Institute in Maridi (2009), and a certificate in nutrition coverage and SMART surveys from UNICEF (2015). He is also trained on DHIS and SPSS data analysis software.
Lokong Francis has a Master of Educational Research and Evaluation from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Nairobi, Kenya, 2001–2003 and a Master of Research and Public Policy from Uganda Martyrs University. He also has other qualifications in quality assurance sampling from Makerere University (2018) and advocacy for education financing, monitoring, and evaluation in the light of Rewrite the Future (RtF).
In 2006, Mr. Francis conducted Needs Assessment Mission for Adult Education & Literacy in (Yei, Lanya and Morobo Counties) Southern Sudan for NSEA / MS Programme
He worked as Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Advisor Multi Donor Trust Fund/ERP/World Bank, South Sudan from 3 January 2009-30 December 2010 and his key achievements included designing a framework for M&E of Alternative Education Program, developing M&E tools for activities of the seven components of Alternative Education Systems, compiled evaluation report of the Pilot Phase of Pastoralist Education Program in five States of Southern Sudan, developing M&E Plan for the Staff of the Ministry of Education and the State the Ministry of Education.
He holds Masters of Arts in Development Studies, from Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, The Netherlands (3 September 1990 to 13 December 1991); with specialization in Agricultural and Rural Development and sub-specializations in (i) Project Planning and Management for District Development; and (ii) Programs for the Alleviation of Rural Poverty.
Bachelors of Agricultural Sciences with specialization in Agricultural Economics from University of Alexandria, Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria, Egypt (March 1978-June 1980) and Diploma in Agriculture and Natural Resources, with specialization in Tropical Agriculture from the Institute of Colleges of Technology, Shambat Institute of Agriculture, Khartoum North, Sudan.
Mr. Okeny has additional skills and Training in Market Information System (MIS), Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) Level 2 Training, Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) Level 1 Certification, Project Cycle Management, Operations, Implementation and Management Training, Inter-agency Initial Rapid Needs Assessment tools, Impact of Hazards and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) and Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA).

Mr. Hakim has analytical skills in using GIS, SPSS, STATA, CSpro, Epi Info, DHIS2, DATIM and ENA for SMART packages. He has practical knowledge and skills in developing surveys using PDA’s, ODK, KOBO Collect, Survey CTO, mobile applications.
